All products sold by Aura Stor are made with 100% natural gemstones. Because each stone is unique, slight variations in colour, pattern, and size compared to product photographs are natural and expected.

All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from an Aura Stor team member.

Payment terms will be communicated by our team when your order is confirmed. Full payment is required before dispatch.

We ship to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Turkey. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with original packaging. Custom orders are final sale.
